1. サービスの説明

TOSS（以下「本サービス」）は、メッセンジャーBot及びWeb UIを通じてタスク管理機能を提供するサービスです。AIによるタスク構造化、リマインド通知、Googleカレンダー連携等の機能を含みます。

2. アカウント

本サービスはTelegram、Discord、LINEのBotを通じて利用を開始できます。Web UIの利用にはGoogleアカウントによる認証が必要です。ユーザーは自身のアカウント情報の正確性に責任を持ちます。

3. 禁止事項

• スパム行為、大量のBot呼び出し
• サービスの逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリング
• 他のユーザーのデータへの不正アクセス
• 違法な目的での利用
• サービスの運営を妨害する行為

4. 免責事項

本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。タスクの取りこぼし、リマインドの未送信、データの損失等について、運営者は責任を負いません。重要なタスクについてはバックアップを推奨します。

5. サービスの変更・終了

運営者は事前の通知なくサービスの内容変更、一時停止、終了を行うことがあります。有料プランの変更については30日前に通知します。

6. 準拠法

本規約は香港特別行政区の法律に準拠します。

Terms of Service (English)

TOSS provides task management via messenger bots and web UI. Use requires a Telegram, Discord, or LINE account; web access requires Google authentication. Prohibited: spam, reverse engineering, unauthorized data access, illegal use. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for missed reminders or data loss.
